    Awesome plugin per usual!

Two questions I had on it,

    1. Can it be customized to work with social login plugins as well? So, a version of the users social media profile pic could be saved locally in the same way the Gravatar images are handled?
    2. Could the “Identicon” aspect be disabled while maintaining the Local Avatar saving functionality?

Your plugin seems to solve several problems associated with the Gravatar not being uploaded directly and it would be incredible if I could get the same functionality working with a plugin like Super Socializer.

    Thanks for your help Shane!

    Interesting ideas…
Both could be done, but we have no plans to do so anytime soon.

    2. You mean use the default avatar if the member does not have a gravatar?

    2. Exactly. I like the Identicon idea, but it’s just not right for my site and it seems with the current setting you can’t get one functionality without the other.

I’m currently trying to troubleshoot a problem with the way Social Login profile pictures are handled and it seems as though the way BP Local Avatars handles Gravatars may solve it.

Would you be willing to modify BP Local Avatars to work with a Social Media Login plugin? And How much would you roughly charge for customization?

We may have to take the conversation over to Philopress but thanks for you help as always!
