• Hi, is it possible that the Adaptive Images plug-in will not work if the Plesk WordPress Toolkit security measures are enabled?
The result I have is that no image appears and if I try to display a single image in the browser I get a 403 error.
Do you have any similar notification? Do you have any different explanation for the problem or any suggestions?
    Thanks in advance.

    Hello, my friend,

Thank you for reaching out to us!

So far we haven’t had any complaints for issues concerning Plesk in particular. However, I am not sure exactly what measures Plesk takes in order to secure a WordPress website.

First of all, do your images appear correctly if you disable the Plesk WordPress Toolkit security measures? If so, then the combination is probably problematic indeed.

Is it possible for you to share your website url with us, so that we can take a look and debug your images? If you wish you may also contact us at info [at] nevma [dot] gr where you can share with us more private information about your setup. Promise to handle them discreetly!

One other option is to provide us with a demo/staging environment with a similar setup where we can test some things.

Lastly, send us the results of the Print debug and Print diagnostics buttons in the plugin settings page!

    Cheers,
    Takis
