Add 2nd Mautic Form ID

I have a store that uses 2 different checkout forms. One is for a free trial and uses a modified version of the woo checkout form. The client wanted a really simple checkout process with just a handful of fields for that one so several fields are hidden. The second is the regular Woocommerce checkout form.

I’m having trouble using filters inside Mautic to send signups to the proper segment, so my next thought was to link woo to two distinct mautic form ids.

I played around with the code and was able to show 2 form id options but I wasn’t able to get the plugin to send the proper info to mautic. Seems like this would be possible and fairly easy to implement. But I need a little help with the code as I’m a self-taught, part-time code developer.
