Add a blog picture/icon

When I was on wordpress.com, I had an option in the settings menu to upload a picture, and set it as the blog icon (or whatever you call the little picture that appears in the tab with your website). But with wordpres, there doesn’t seem to be that option. Is there some type of plugin I need to add?
