  • Hi starboard1,

I’m afraid you’d have to write some custom PHP code to accomplish this. If you’re comfortable writing a bit of code, take a look at this support request. I give a run-down of the hooks you’ll want to use to add a new field and validate it.

The other option is to add the field with my Custom Fields addon. But you’ll still need to write a bit of PHP code to perform the validation check when the form is submitted.

To be honest, I have heard that email confirmation fields aren’t really very effective anyway. Most people just copy and paste what they wrote in the first field into the second anyway. I know I do.

Awesome thanks Nate. I just wasn’t sure if there was a better solution but I’m okay to write a bit of PHP. It may or may not help but it’s what the client has requested ??

Love the plugin by the way!
