Add a data-filter item to menu?

So here is the site: https://ima-mfa.hunter.cuny.edu/current-courses/
Notice how there is a filter at the top right of the page content with “all courses” “fall 2013” etc. I would like to add a Fall 2013 menu item to the main menu, but I’m unsure how I can do this. Any ideas?
