Add a description to a category page

  • Hi everyone

    I’m (desperately) trying to add a line under my category title with the description of it.

    Do you know a simple way to do it? I’m sure it’s not so hard and don’t need coding hours…

    I’m using wp 3.9.2 with Gonzo Theme

  • If the theme is setup for it all you should need to do is the following:

    In the backend of WordPress go to Posts -> Categories. Click on each individual category to edit a few fields including the Category Description.

    I tried but it doesn’t work, theme seems to be not setup for it.

    I have the choice to make my own category but I’m not good enough in coding. I hope it’s not the only solution…
