Add a description under the big image

Thanks for using my plugin. I’m not certain I understand what you’re asking. Are you looking to link to a page with a portfolio description and other information, or do you want to display only the large image but show a tital and caption?

The second option : to display the large image in an overlay/popup whatever and under this image 2 lines to describe the project. I’m developping websites so in my Portfolio details I need the image, the site title, the work I’ve done (2-3 lines) and a link to the site.
If it’s not possible, maybe the page solution could be another option but with a page I have to write more ??

If you want a kind of lightbox or carousel flyout, I’m sure it could be integrated, but there are so many different kinds out there with various capabilities that I’m not sure where to point you, unfortunately.

You wouldn’t necessarily need to write more, as a large image with a couple sentences and a link to the finished site should be sufficient.

Albeit linking to a page is not a turnkey scenario depending on how your theme is structured. You can see how much work you’re looking at by changing your portfolio shortcode to [portfolio link="page"]
