Add a dropdown for HTML

    My developers are trying to include HTML for the weather app here inside the Listeo theme which uses CMB2. How can they add an option for HTML the drop down they showed me has Video, Event Details but nothing to just include an HTML script.

    If you’re simply using fields created by the theme, utilizing CMB2 to generate the UI, instead of creating your own fields, via code and whatnot, you may need to talk to the theme developers about the topic and your usecase.

    For what it’s worth, CMB2 is very much a library that other plugins or themes can use to create their options, and it’s those plugins or themes responsibilities for how to handle what options they create. That said, if you’re able and willing to code, you could make use of it outside of the plugin/theme to add your own extra fields, but that’d still take some theme modification as well to make use of the meta data saved.
