Add a filename to the link

Hi.

Is there a way of displaying a filename on the page with the minutes?
I want to give it a name, eg. ‘Year 1 Letter 2015-04-27’ to make it possible to select the correct file you want.

I want to use the plugin to add newsletters and letters home on a school website. If the file is just called ‘Letter-2015-04-27’ I cannot differenciate between them.
