Add a home button or home image to sidebar

mysite is: https://www.datathoughts.com/ and I am usuing the theme called 13. On my sidebar I have a picture of a eye at the top and under that a Pages list.

How can I make the image or add a PAGE that says Home to the sidebar that will rdirect back to the main page.

I know HTML and not PHP so I am a real newbie to PHP.
