    I’m sorry but I am a newbie to WordPress so I am sure that my question is very basic, but I can’t find the answer after more than an hour of searching…

    I would like to add a lime green horizontal rule across all pages just below the blue header box in the default Kubrick theme version 1.5. I have tried putting <hr> in various places in Header and I have added some instruction in style.css. Nothing happens.

    Thank you very much…I hope to get better at this!

  • In the Kubrick theme hr has display:none I think. I forget what the div is in that, “header” perhaps, but try this on it in the CSS with whatever that Div is called.

    #header {
    border-bottom : 2px solid green;
    }
