You can try to add the HTML to your Registration and Login custom templates.

Done, but I can see only the default template in the form settings

If you have saved your custom template in your active theme’s folder
wp-content/themes/{active_theme}/ultimate-member/templates/
UM will look at the custom template folder first and use the custom template
if custom template not found UM will use the default template
from the UM plugin templates folder.

I can’t do that, i’m using oxygen builder. Oxygen builder doesn’t have a theme functioning
