Add a legend to the calendar list page

List hook has been deprecated. I’m currently testing a solution.

If you want to try the fix before it’s released you can get it from GitHub. Please see the GitHub wiki for instructions. Let me know of if works for you. Otherwise I hope to finish testing and release it by the end of the week. It’s a busy week for me at the hospital.
