I achieved the above by doing below:

[text size="12"]<span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>Write A Testimonial</span>[/text]

here I have used link(https://harsh031.0fees.net/?p=542) of the page(short-link of the page) which contains the short-code of the testimonial page([katb_input_testimonials group=”All”]). and later I have named it as “Write A testimonials”. And put this in my home page.
