add a link below and for next posts

Excuse my english.

1 : I will display ten posts with advanced recent posts widget. So i would like to add a link below these ten posts. This link will bring to the next ten posts in the category i choose. Like in this pitcure :

How to do that ?

2 : I would like to know how to add another link (i will create it) just below posts in the advanced recent posts widget. But i don’t know where i have tu put my code.
