Add a link inside text of newsletter to let user modify their subscription info

Dear team,
How can I add a link inside the text of my newsletter so that the recipient can review and modify their subscription information?
I know that in the footer of newsletter there is the link to change your subscription data, but I want to add it also inside the body of the message.

I have tried copying the url that is in the link at the bottom of the newsletter while I make the mail, but always opens my own profile instead of the profile associated with the recipient.

Can you tell me which url I can put on my link or if there is an option to automatically add it to the body of the message?
