Add a post when new page is created

Hi there,
so i’d like to know if it’s possible to add a post on the front page//home page every time a new page is created.

On my website there is a section for books. Sometimes we got new books coming up so i create new pages for every books but i’d like people to know there’s something new.
I usualy create a new post and then within the post i add a like to the specific page but then it gets all messy and it’s hard to keep track of everything.
