Yes. You can connect a Barcode reader and use a Barcode reader to search a product.

To enable the Barcode search, you just place the cursor in the Barcode search field. Scan the barcode using the reader, the barcode will input into the field and the products matching the barcode will display for you to add them into the cart.
In our next release, we will allow a setting to automatically add products with an exact match to the barcode scans into the cart. This new feature should be released soon.
