Add a sidebar to a “no sidebar” theme

Hello,
I want to use a theme that does not feature a sidebar on the right side.
The theme is called ‘Rokophoto Lite’.
Example: https://christopher-reuter.com/blog/I want to add a sidebar on the right side next to the blogposts and move the blogposts a little bit to the left.
How would I do that?
Any help appreciated.

Thank you. I just tried that and unfortunately I am only able to replace existing sidebars using this plugin. That means I can not create a sidebar on the right side because the theme I use only features one widget area top and one bottom.
How can I move the blogposts to the left side? Righ now they are centered.
