Add a single pagination to multiple shortcodes

Is it posible to have a single pagination which works across multiple shortcodes on a page??
Example: (these are my 3 shortcode on my page)
[catlist id=120 orderby=rand excerpt=yes excerpt_overwrite=yes thumbnail=yes excerpt_size=500]
[catlist id=121 orderby=rand excerpt=yes excerpt_overwrite=yes thumbnail=yes excerpt_size=500]
[catlist id=122 orderby=rand excerpt=yes excerpt_overwrite=yes thumbnail=yes excerpt_size=500]Can there be a single pagination that works for all three of these shortcodes??
