  • There is no setting to put that next to the button.

    Do you have any extra fields configured?
    You could use the extra field setting “HTML after field” to put that after your last field. It would be near the bottom of the form.

    If you have no extra fields this is not an option. Version 4.0 will have the “HTML after field” setting for the standard fields also.
