Add a Textarea that is NOT a Field

Hi, i am completely unable to add Text anywhere within the Form, without it being a Field. Though there are some extremely necessary legal texts that are not connected to a field but should only be shown as a normal text. How do i archieve adding text anywhere between fields, WITHOUT using it a field. There should be no response, no checkbox, nothing. Just text.
