Add a video as a slider item

    I’m interested in have the slider component rotate from images to a video for a slide item. Currently I’m not seeing the option to add a video to the slider option like what is available on a section.

    Does this functionality currently exist, if so could you give in details on implementing it? If not would it be possible to have your team add it or if this code base open source I could potentially work to open pull request if thats an option?

    Hi,

    In order to achieve the mentioned behaviour, please consider adding section background video. Than add slider to the section, which includes slider items with background image and without it.

    Another way is to add Video element to Slider Item, but have in mind that the video will not be autoplayed – which we’ll consider including in the future.

    Thanks for the response.

    I’ll give adding it as a background video a try. Otherwise I can try adding a class to a slide with a video on it and see if I can add a JS event hook to play it when its visible.
