Add a video to my local site!

Hello,

i have a website running all locally, i want to upload a video file to my site.. but every time i am trying to upload a file – it says i can’t upload more then 2 MB.

Anyway, so i upload it to my site VIA FTP. (just copied it to my wordpress folder)

now i am looking to the HTML code to write when i am adding a new post. so it will play it from my local wordpress folder on my site.

– if possible i want that on the site, a media player windows will be shown with my movie file. and users will just need to hit play.
