Add a widget of another theme to Hueman theme

I checked a theme: https://www.ads-software.com/themes/olsen-light/
It has a section “About Me” at the sidebar, which let admin to upload picture and add description about the author (for personal blogs).
I want to add that widget in my Hueman theme.
How can I do that?
