Add ability to apply ARIA tag

    Testing with Page Speed Insights. Scoring lower on Accessibility because EZ TOC hides aria tags.

    div.ez-toc-title-container > span.ez-toc-title-toggle > a.ez-toc-pull-right > label

    <label for=”item-*removed*” aria-hidden=”true”>

    Please add an option in the settings to set the aria tag, if desired. Or just set aria default tag to “table of contents”.
