Add action to the job list

Hello

I need help to custom the admin area,my need is to add new action in actions menu for the jobs (edit,approve jobs,expire jobs…) called permalink, so i need to select jobs and apply the action after that the action is to change the permalink for the selected posts(jobs) (add 1 in the the end of the permalink) and change the published date to today date.
