Add Ad between First and Second Post

Hi, I tried the script here with the new updated WP and it did not work, I was wondering if anyone could mention the name of the .php files that need this change. I placed it in 3 different pages and I get no results.

This just doesn’t work for me at all. This is the only AdSense code I have on the page, too.

I use a simple (incrementing) counter which I check to see if I should be inserting AdSense. You can see it in action on https://blog.taragana.com/

IMHO trying a plugin for this kind of things makes it inflexible in the long run. If you know PHP just use a <i>if</i> statement.

CG-Inbetween ‘manages’ the counter tracking for you, so you don’t have to write that kind of code. Makes it easier for the average user, who just inserts one single PHP function call into their theme.

Some of the ‘nicer’ features are that you can give a numeric post offset, have multiple things outputting at each offset, have inbetweens output after all posts, a specific post, or the LAST post on the page (LAST is good for ads at bottom of every type of page…).

Moosecandy was great to install and get going… however I think it looks cheesy posted between my title and the post itself. Does anyone know how to get the adsense BEFORE the post title instead of after?
