add additional fields + remove message field

  • hi, i want to create a custom form only to collect certain information, which is the name, email, phone number.

    therefore, i need these fields removed:
    1. subject 2. message

    and this field added
    1. contact number

    i also need the send message button to say “Apply for Trade Up”

    Please assist.

    Hi,

    I recommend using another plugin such as WPForms or Contact Form 7, so you are able to add the fields you want.
