Add all users of same role to one newsletter

is there a way to add all users of a certain role (i.e. all subscribers, or all admins, etc) to a newsletter?

Yes, you can add all subscribers, admins etc to a single email list and send a newsletter to that list.

If these subscribers are in different list, you don’t also need to add them to one list, rather you can choose the send your newsletter to multiple list by selecting them from the dropdown option. (see screenshot below):

Thanks for reply, but I think I have explained myself in a poor way.

I was asking a different question:
I need to create a new list from WP users, BUT adding only a certain role.

Is this possible?

I need to create a new list from WP users, BUT adding only a certain role.

The easiest way to do that is to create a Segment based on a specific role. This way, all WordPress Users with this role will be automatically added to this segment, and you can send a newsletter to this segment only.
