Add already existing widgets to dashboard home.

Is there way to add already existing widgets or widget areas to the dashboard home? Example “Primary Widget Area” would be shown at dashboard home?

I cant seem to find any simple way to drag and drop widgets to show at dashboard, hopefully this isnt such hard task :/
