Add an explanation of the changes to the plugin landing page

Could you guys please add an overview/explanation of the changes to the introduction of this plugin.
It is quite confusing since you have taken over the original ACF project page rather than creating the fork as an entirely standalone plugin.
At the very least a link to the blog post https://www.ads-software.com/news/2024/10/secure-custom-fields/ would be a start.
