    Hi Guys,

I use Forminator free version, but can you please tell me:

If I have various forms around my site on different pages, how can I make a form on a particular page include the ID of that page when they contact me with the form? At the moment, I have many live bands on my live music site, and each different band page has the “quick contact” form I’ve made at the bottom of the pages.. How do I know which band they’ve filled the quick contact form out for.. every band page has the same form at the bottom, so how do I make it so I can identify the band they contacted me about?

    Thank you,
    Stu

    Hi @stumur,

    Thank you for choosing Forminator.

This is possible with a hidden field in Forminator. You can add a hidden field in your form and embed the Post/Page ID as the default value of the hidden field.

    Have a pleasant day.

Thanks so much Nebu, that seems to work brilliantly. One more thing though – the submission gets sent to the email address I’ve nominated, but how can I make the email contain the form contents? At the moment the body of the email just lists the name of the form: “Check Artists’ Availability Form”, but I’d rather the body of the email had the message the user typed out. Also, how do I make the “FROM” email header contain their submitted email address, rather than my own email address, so I can just click ‘reply’ and send them an email?

    Thanks so much, Stu

    Hello there @stumur

Please check the following documentation on how you can edit both email content and recipients:
