Am I doing something wrong in this forum? I’m just wondering, because I never get answers.

your question is vague, you give no details, and since the 2.5 release a zillion people are posting problems with adding images. have you searched and tried the various remedies that have been posted?

by the way, you only waited an hour before complaining. thats a bit obnoxious.

Sorry you took what I said as complaining. I was actually raising a serious question. I really do never seem to get replies here in the forum and I was really wondering if I may be doing something wrong.

About my question being vague, when I click on “add an image” in wp-admin, and acutally browse for it and then click “upload” nothing happens on my write page. Hope that is more clear.

I will perform another search in regard to this matter, but yes, I did do some searching before posting.

edit, edit, edit……never mind!!!!! Oh I am sooooo mad at that guy!

Try staying up until 3:30 am like I did last night, now that’s obnoxious.

    And still no answers!

pmars, what are you talking about?

to the original poster, did you make sure no plugins are causing the issue? update them all, see if it works, deactivate them all, see if it works, try a different browser….
does the image get uploaded? what do you mean nothing happens when you click upload? something must happen, the browse window doesnt stay open, right?

    Hi boober ??

I applied a fix for IE and they are working great now.

    DivaMaggie,

What was the fix that you applied and where can I find it? I have the exact same problem. The only thing I can add is that at the bottom of the add photo page I get a page error warning (no explaination of what the error is). Everything worked in version 2.3.

I’m fairly new to Word Press and still learning how to get around. Excited about the possibilities though.

    Diva Maggie or anyone else:

I’m a complete noob: can you give a little more detail on how you made the fix mentioned at that link you gave? All that code means nothing to me. I actually tried to replace the files with the ones on that page and now I can’t login to WP.
