Add an image above the monthly calendar

I’m lost so I apologize if I should not be adding this here.

I did finally find another plugin, WP All Export, which appears to have created a CSV file of the events in The Events Calendar. The issue now is that I’ve searched for hours on how to import this to My Calendar, but can’t find a thing. I think that the email I lost showing how to edit the CSV file is the first problem, but if I can’t import all my events and venues it will be pointless.

I’ve struggled with so many issues with The Events Calendar for months now and can’t get any support. They lost my license and my email so I can’t get paid support, and the free support is useless. From what I’ve seen My Calendar solves the issue with The Events Calendar so I’m anxious to use it, but entering all my events and venues again would take forever.

Appreciate any help.

I am not sure about the detailed instructions you received in your email, but currently, we still have a compatibility issue with the WP All Import plugin.

We’ve created an internal ticket to address the WP All Import compatibility issue. I understand how frustrating it can be when things aren’t working as they should, but rest assured, our team is working on a fix as we speak.

Thank you, but after so many failures with this plugin I gave up and I’m using a different calendar plugin now, and had to start all over again because there was no way to import all of my locations and events.
