I am working on the site in both Chrome and FF. On both browsers, the Add an Image (https://maggoogle.com/wp-admin/media-upload.php?post_id=230&type=image&TB_iframe=1) link is not working. It shows the link that I just shared, but doesn’t launch the dialogue to add the image. I have tried doing it via the Media Manager, which works. I retrieve the link to the image, I img src code it into the post, and then when I click on the Visual mark up, and try to edit the image, the screen goes gray but no dialogue window pops up.

In addition, the image that I do post in the file no longer shows up when I share the link on Facebook.

    What could have caused this?

There is actually a secondary issue, I cannot edit the permalinks/tags either.

    Hi all,

my client has a similar problem. Add Image Button (in a Post or Page) does nothing after upgrading WordPress to version 3.1.2. It has never been a problem before.

I tried disabling all the Plugins (one at a time and all together) and it didn’t solve the problem.

    The site is https://www.zavodbufeto.com.

Has anyone found a solution to this, or has an idea where to start lookin for one?

Have you tried setting TwentyTen as the active theme to see if things work with that? It’s entirely possible that your theme is incorrectly calling its own version of jQuery (or some other script) that’s conflicting with the script needed to open that media dialog.

Curtiss, you are absolutely right – the minute I deactivated their theme and activated TwentyTen, the button worked perfectly again.

    Thank you :)!
