“add an image” – no response

I need some serious help with adding image

WordPress worked fine until yesterday night. None of those “add an image”, “add video’ “add music” “add media” response when I press them (when I switched to full screen mode, a transparent grey layers pops up and nothing load)

I tried all firefox 3.0, IE 8 and Netscape, none of those work.
I have all Java and flash updated to the newest version.
I am using wp 2.8
