Add an option box in writing panel when checking a category

Hello, I’m currently trying to build some plugins. Now, I would like that an option box opens in the writing panel when the users checks a specific category (or that the post is edited and that the post is inside this category).
If the category is unchecked, box should not disapear but just resets values.

How can I do this ?
