Add an option to reload image

I’m running in to an issue where I have the backgrounds set to be random, and sometimes the code is too hard to read.

So what I did, was put the following code on line 192 of captcha-on-login/index.php

<br />Can\'t read the code?<br/ ><a href="/wp-login.php">Click here for a new one</a>

Perhaps this can be incorporated in the plugin?

Also, is it possible for you to enable the option to randomize the code text colour as well?
