Add anchor-tag to ALL links in submenu

Hi
I have a simple submenu generated by the usual wp_nav_menu – I would like to add an anchor ‘#content’ to all menu links – sending users directly to the content on all subpages – i have tried with link_after but that added a ‘#content’ to all titles – I needed it to be added to the link instead.

Any one who know how to do this?
