Add anchor to entry and widgets

Hello,

I’m looking to add an anchor the link of one of my entry’s post (posted in “category”) but in the code I only have the command <?php echo get_the_category_list(‘, ‘); ?>. Anyone know how I can add my #anchor to this link?

I’m also wondering if its possible to add an anchor to the links of my widgets (like categories). I don’t find which file I have to edit to add the anchor to.
