Add Another Recipient for transport document

Hello, i need information about Documents.
When the order is complete, the system will generate and send invoice by email at customer. And this is good.
I just need that also will generate and send other kind of document > transport document , but this must not be sent to the customer, but to a different email address (not email admin). is there any way to set this up?
