Add ‘Any’ or ‘All’ Option to exposed taxonomy filters

Is it possible to add an ‘Any’ or ‘All’ option to exposed taxonomy filters? I’ve tried using a custom callback and also nesting all of my taxonomy terms under an ‘All’ parent, but nothing seems to be working.
