Add Artists on the fly

We are a music magazine at https://www.tribe-online.de we get the schedules of clubs in Ger, Fra and CH for gigs and publish them on our website.
Often it is a lot of gigs to enter and I was wondering if I can enter the artist and the link to their pages somehow direkt in the first mask without having to switch to the artist sub menu all the time.

We agree that all artist should be linked and get credits but it would speed up the process if I could add new artists and their links/pages in the same mask I enter each gig?!

Is this possible somehow
