Add author to the destination field

    Really needs to allow for the content creator to be named as the author. Either by allowing free text in the author dropdown, or by having author as a destination input.

    Great otherwise though, really nice.

    You could see the author dropdown list if you click on More Options tab of the destination.

    Hi folks,

    I have the same question as 3diuk, but your answer Tung Pham isn’t what we / I are looking for. In my situation, and I guess the same for 3diuk, we’d like to have the input field “Author” from the feed (not the local author) as output field. Besides that I’d like to show the source-url of the original item. Here’s a visual ‘mindmap’:

    Yes, I understand what you mean!

    However, current version of WPPipes does not support it. Maybe we will update in new version. But if you want to have that feature soon, you could order us via https://thimpress.com/forums/forum/plugins/pre-sale/
