Add Banner/Slideshow Help

I’m currently putting my site back together after I messed it up yesterday. I’ve got it all back up and running but I’m missing my logo and I cannot get Featured Content Gallery to pop up. I was wondering which php file is the best to edit as I don’t want to mess things up further. Any help would be appreciated.
