Add block alignment options

@strarsis thanks for the feedback. I will put on our todo list in order to our dev team analyse and possibly implement.

@manuelrocha88: Would be great because without alignment, even manually added alignment classes (like alignwide) won’t be applied to the editor DOM element, hence not shown in editor.
