    Hello,

I have a child theme website, customized with beaver builder plugin. I want to add a blog to it, but somehow I cannot do that. I created another page named Blog, then added the Blog to the Menu, and set the Reading-posts page-blog. I thaught it was enough, but it is not. I have it in my menu, but it is empty although I created a post…I’m a little bit lost, can you please help?

I also get this error sometimes:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘<‘ in /home/r45351lepi/public_html/wp-content/themes/childthemelp/home.php on line 13

    [ No bumping please. ]

Sounds like you went for the WordPress Static Front Page setup where you create and assign the page for the front and one for the blog, but it’s not working? Did you have a previous page called Blog before but deleted it? Check your trash for pages and if it’s there, that is more likely the issue. Need to empty the trash to make sure it’s permanently deleted.

Just to make sure, did you follow the WP tutorials for a static front page and blog?
