Add /blog/ to only the blog post URLs

I’ve been ripping my hair out trying to find a solution for this… Hopefully this is the right plugin to use for this.
I’m trying to have ONLY my blog posts have the /blog/ in the URL.
For example:
https://www.mysite.com/blog/blogpost1At the same time, I do not want any of my pages, galleries, etc. to have the word /blog/ in the URL. Meaning I want:
https://www.mysite.com/about (and not https://www.mysite.com/blog/about).Can this plugin help me with this? If so, what do I do exactly? I don’t really understand the documentation for this. Thanks a lot!
